Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (225g) pasta (such as penne or spaghetti)
  • 1 pint (about 2 cups or 500g) cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 block (about 7 oz or 200g) feta cheese, cubed
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves, torn (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:

    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the Ingredients:

    • Halve the cherry tomatoes.
    • Cube the feta cheese.
    • Mince the garlic cloves.

  3. Bake Feta & Tomatoes:
